New Milford Basement Office Has Commercial Water Damage

A sump pump failure caused commercial water damage in this New Milford basement office resulting in loss to the floor. The glue down carpet over the concrete slab required removal as it took on too much moisture and delaminated. Items in boxes and bins got removed in preparation for drying. The technicians extracted as much moisture as possible, then set up air movers to dry the substrate. The techs were able to dry the desk, chairs, and other furnishings in place, so there was not too much disruption to the room. They are using both air movers and dehumidification equipment that captures and ports away moisture to dry the basement as fast as possible, as seen in the After Photo.
