Norwalk Business Needs Commercial Water Damage Cleanup
When a water heater tank failed in an upper level of this Norwalk business, the result was commercial water damage. SERVPRO techs extracted the water and scoped the property to determine the migration path of the water. The glue-down carpet delaminated and needed removal to dry the subfloor. Several of the ceiling tiles deteriorated due to water exposure and a minor amount of wicking occurred in the sheetrock on one wall and the ruined sheetrock and wet insulation got removed to open the wall cavity for drying. The computer equipment at the front desk needed removal, however the detection equipment no seepage under the large desk.
