Water Damage in Wilton, CT

Utilizing state of the art technology, the professionals at SERVPRO of Danbury/Ridgefield were able to salvage the hardwood flooring pictured. The customer had a supply line rupture causing water damage to several rooms in the house. Utilizing our hardwood floor drying equipment we were able to bring the flooring back to normal moisture levels within 72 hours, preventing secondary damage. These systems utilize vacuum pressure to pull air and moisture through the flutes of the flooring, helping to evaporate moisture in the flooring and subflooring. By salvaging the flooring we were able to decrease the amount of reconstruction and disruption for the client. The client was amazed at the results of drying and cupping of the flooring which had been reversed by the drying.
