Apartment Building Water Loss in Danbury, CT

SERVPRO of Danbury/ Ridgefield responded to a flooded apartment building in Danbury, CT. The water had affected four floors of the building however there was no heat and little power for drying. Within 62 hours all areas were dry and ready for the reconstruction which saved the property owners thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Utilizing desiccant dehumidification and dry the affected materials and infared cameras and moisture meters we were able to perform selective demolition to minimize interruption while drying all water damaged materials.
